van·tage
1. a position, condition, or place affording some advantage or a commanding view.
2. an advantage or superiority: the vantage of wisdom that often comes with age.
Strange Name, Electrifying Service! Vantage Voltage may sound a bit strange, but we offer too many products and services to call ourselves simply an ‘alarm company’, or likewise. We offer our clients a commanding view on technology, a superior knowledge of that technology, great wisdom in the industry and a certain advantage over our competitors!
Why We Are Here:
Vantage Voltage was founded as a response to the many under-qualified alarm, theater & automation companies that exist in the State of Utah. Too many guys just decided they knew how to pull wire and plug in a DVD player, and started a business claiming to be “experts” in the industry. They have little experience, are often unlicensed, and don’t really know the first thing about what they are doing or how to do it properly.
The result? They totally waste your time and money.
Vantage Voltage was started to correct that problem, and ensure that our clients get the highest quality service and hardware, for the most affordable price possible. We keep our overhead low, hold frequent continuing education classes for our employees, and maintain industry-recognized certifications and licenses to ensure that we are staying on top of the latest technology and practices, which ensures that all systems installed by Vantage Voltage will result in seamless, reliable and enjoyable performance for years to come.
In short: We are here because we got sick of seeing amateurs go out and waste your money, leaving you with a mess, and still walking away with way too much of your money. We want to give you a professional service and product, leave you delighted with the overall experience, and the absolute best bang-for-your-buck you can find in Utah.
Our Commitment:
As Founder of Vantage Voltage, my commitment to each and every client is that we will treat you with the utmost respect, appreciation, and honesty that you have ever seen in a company. As a consumer in the world, and in the State of Utah, I understand what makes customers happy, and what tends to compel a customer to seek service elsewhere. Too many times have I left a business and felt a lack of customer service and appreciation. How many times to you spend your money someplace, only to walk away feeling like the company really didn’t care about you or your purchase? It happens to me at least weekly, simply too much!
I desire for you to walk away from your purchase at Vantage Voltage feeling happy about the service you received, knowing that you got a value for your hard earned money, and knowing that you were truly appreciated as a client, and hopefully as a friend. Our clients are not just clients, or customers, we hope to establish a real friendship with everyone we do business with; going back to the days of a good solid handshake and friends doing business with friends.
Workmanship and knowledge in this industry is failing. Far too many companies right here in Utah send out untrained salespeople, who really don’t know anything about the product they are selling, nor do they care, so long as they can get that signature on the dotted line. Their technicians have a couple of months experience and on-the-job training, and can’t provide you with a level of service and expertise that you deserve.
At Vantage Voltage, we don’t make you pay for our education on the job. Our technicians are trained and certified on a regular basis, and have years, not months, of experience in this industry. We take every effort to ensure that all of our staff is knowledgeable in their areas of service to you, so that you end up with the best value and experience for your dollar.
The quality of work we do is top notch, yet we charge affordable rates. We desire quality to be in the reach of people of all walks of life. Many companies charge double, triple, or more for similar products and services, yet we refuse to “soak” people, it just doesn’t feel right to us. Price is an important factor for everyone these days, but it should never be the deciding factor for any purchase. We hope that you will weigh not only our affordable pricing in your decisions, but also weigh the quality of service and attention that you will receive from us, not to mention the superior quality of work.
We really do appreciate your business, without our customers, we have no business, and no job! We promise to treat each and every client like our number one client! We need happy customers!
We don’t settle for customer satisfaction…we strive for customer delight!
Thank You,
T.J. Ogilvie, Founder
