Is the system really free?

Yes, the system is really free with the signing of a 36 month monitoring service contract.  Much like getting the latest cell phone from your provider in exchange for signing up for another 24-36 months of service.

How much is the monthly monitoring cost?

The monthly fee varies based on the feature that you want, such as Smartphone control, home automation features, etc.  The basic monitoring rate over a landline connection is $19.99/month, and it increases from there based on the features you add.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Nope.   If you would rather not sign a contract, we have some excellent options for you.  If you choose not to sign a contract, you can purchase the equipment upfront, and choose either no monitoring at all, or a very reasonable month-to-month service.  (To get the free equipment, however, you must sign at least a 36 month contract.)

Do I own the equipment?  Can it be used with another company?

Yes on both accounts!  Once you have completed your contract period, you do own the equipment free and clear.  While we hope to keep you as a customer with our excellent service and prices, if you ever did decide to go elsewhere, the equipment is compatible with most reputable alarm companies.

What if I move?

Not a problem at all, if you move, you can move your system with you!  Our free systems come with a customer move warranty, no waiting periods, no restrictions.  Move anywhere in the U.S. and keep your state-of-the-art system!
